“Literally GREATEST group of people!! I had my son with another group from the time he was born up until about a year/year an a half ago an I felt so ignored. The staff was always so miserable and rude. They made me feel horrible for asking questions about my sons health and even worse when he was sick an I was asking for help. A friend of mine referred me to UPMC CCP here on 51 by Old Clariton Rd. and I am BEYOND grateful he did! This office is exceptional! They are always polite and kind, they never once made me feel unseen or unheard when it comes to my child, and I have anxiety myself and tend to be overbearing at times and NEVER ONCE did they get an attitude with me or make me feel stupid. Anytime I’ve been anxious whomever I was talking to actually took time to talk to me and calm me down. To help get me my barring back. That’s not their job, they could have told me call back when I calm down, but that little extra time they took to help “settle” me down spoke volumes for the kind of people they are. They are constantly reassuring and they really do whatever it is they say they are going to do to help you. One day I think I called seriously like 10x myself an that’s not including my husband and they still NEVER dismissed either of us an continued to go above and beyond to help us get the answers and help we needed for our child. My son tends to be a little shy, but the staff here has been so amazing with him that he actually looks forward to going to the doctors! Doesn’t even mind the shots! He LOVES everyone he’s had the pleasure of coming in contact with! They talk to him and ask him questions about how he’s doing and feeling and he loves that! Makes him feel seen. Last office couldn’t even remember his name. Also, the office itself is always so clean and the paintings all over the place are magical for the kid!. I’ve seen that place packed with patents and numerous babies an kiddos from NB to tweens and not once did anyone huff and puff or get rude with anyone or loose their cool. Everything went so smooth for everyone there. Or at least, they do an amazing job making it look like it’s moving very smooth. The people with appointments are seen on time or no later than like 5 minutes of the schedule time and the walk in hours provided every morning is a blessing! They manage to get everyone seen within a reasonable time that they didn’t even plan on being there which blows my mind. I’ve never been to an office like that. I mean, I’ve waited HOURS to be seen at other places and as a walk in I don’t think I ever been there longer than 2 hours. An that’s from time walking in and out. All together! I can’t say enough goodness about this practice and all the staff! . I could probably go on for hours about how much I love them! If you have kids or are expecting, this is DEFINITELY where you wanna be! ”

“I have always had hard times at the dentist. When I went here I expected to have another rough time. However, I did not have any trouble at all. They staff are sweet and caring. They did my cleaning and then I returned for a cavity and crown to be replaced. The best visit with a dentist I have ever had. They were so gentle and work with you on everything. They make sure you are comfortable and check their work. The office is clean and they have a dog that helps patients like me that are nervous when going to the dentist. I highly recommend them for kids and adults. This is now my only dentist and my kids go here now. My husband will soon. 😊”

“I have dealt with doctors and pain clinics for 21 yrs now. Dr Fritz come in and talked to me like a human being that I'am. He understood my pain and all I have been thru. He didn't judge me or look at me like a addict. I explained to him I'm just at that point after going from surgeon after surgeon that Im tired. I just want to be out of pain as much as possible and finish living my life. I do not mind doing nerve blocks or trigger points. But Im so done with surgeons and the let downs. I have faced it in my life that there is nothing no surgeon can do or won't do to fix my neck and back. I'm so pleased that Dr Fritz understood me. He was so sweet and had a since of humor, which makes a patient more relaxed. I have always wanted to find a dr like him. Im so glad I have FINALLY found a understanding dr like Dr Fritz. I had all my recent test which really help. I know my neck and back can't be fixed, my bones are so brittle. And Im not really that old which amazes drs of my condition. I should not be walking at all, but I'am. I want to thank dDr Fritz for understanding my condition, for the 1st visit I was so please with the staff and Dr Fritz. I would recommend him to anyone. He listens and talks to you about your condition. He didn't say will have to do this and that. Only thing he asked was to get a x-ray, then wait for my insurance to cover MRI's. Thank you Dr Fritz for just being you and understanding.”

“THEY SAVED ME!! I walked in this location on April 14, 2021! I was randomly driving through the knew outlet. Little did I know, not even 4 months later my life has done a 360! I couldn’t barely care for myself in April, more less my family. Robin fretted me with care. She could tell how much pains I was in. I was in 2 different kinds of blood pressure pills, 4/10 mg oxycodone a day, acid reflux medicine, and was still in misery. I really didn’t have complete faith sadly. Yet, I had been to 6 specialist and 4 different doctors. I was truly at my wits end. After Dr. Rob took X-rays, and they explained what was going on. I then caught a glimpse of relief maybe. That was so not the case. He had me back to work in 2 weeks, (I had filed for disability) and feeling a lot of relief. I am not saying he snapped his fingers and wall-a!! It took work on both sides. I stuck with all my exercises he gave me, as well as did what he ask of me. Now!!!!! I am not only back to work, but I have my life back. I don’t take any blood pressure pills, no acid reflux, & No pain pills!! ❤️I have lost almost 40 lbs, I can stand up straight, I can RUN!! I can do whatever I want now. It’s so amazing. I will never be grateful enough for this wonderful team!! So thank you Mrs. Robin & Doctor Rob!! And thank you to the good Lord above. Without him none of this would be possible. God Bless!!”
