“My mother was here for rehab after back surgery and had a very good experience. The staff are very friendly and willing to help do whatever is necessary to help my mother feel comfortable during her recovery and through therapy. The negative review about communication I feel is a challenge no matter what secondary facility you are living in and not necessarily specific to this facility - that has not been our experience. All medications and directions from my mother's doctors have been ordered and they are given on time or as closely to on-time as possible. It did take a couple of days to get all of my mother's medications in their system, ordered, and given to her - again, I think this is a challenge at all care facilities. We (my mother and our entire family) have been more than pleased with the level of care my mother has received here.”

“I strongly, without any reservation, recommend Bellevue Medispa. I was a client at Bellevue Medispa for about one year and a half, receiving regular laser hair removal treatments from Lori. I only stopped receiving treatment because I moved to a new city. I first want to comment on my results. I had EXCELLENT results with laser hair removal. For context, I am a 31 year old male and have white skin and dark brown hair. I received treatments about every 6 weeks. My areas of focus were my back, chest, and stomach. I began the back first, and the hair is basically gone. The last few visits I had involved only tiny touchups. I started chest and stomach treatments a few months after my back. I have seen major hair reduction in my chest and torso and feel confident that it would only continue if I had not moved cities. Perhaps equally as important to me as my excellent results is the OUTSTANDING service provided by Lori. She is top notch. Incredibly kind, knowledgeable, skilled, excellent communicator, and fair. I always felt that she cared about me and my results. And, I genuinely loved talking and getting to know her during my treatments! I don't think I've ever experienced such amazing customer service like the kind I've experienced with Lori. Overall, I strongly recommend Bellevue Medispa, and Lori in particular, to those interested in laser hair removal.”
