“We only use this company for about 2 weeks. Due to the rapid decline of my mother. So, I am sure we did not get to experience all the company has to offer. What we did experience was compassion, understanding, availability from 2pm to 2am of someone available to come when needed. My mom took a drastic decline about 2am and when they say call whenever the REALLY mean it. The Nurse was there very quickly to not only help with my mom's needs but to explain things to my step dad to help him understand and prepare for the harder days to come. 5 stars doesn't feel like it's enough! I would honestly give them a 10 if it would let me!”
