“I’ve had back and neck pain leading to frequent headaches/ migraines on and off for 15+ years. I relied on professional and husband massages every 2-4 weeks to fight it. When the massages stopped helping and the need became almost daily, I decided to face my fear of trying a chiropractor. I am a nurse and have never met a patient that was happy after back surgery. In fact, every relevant patient I have ever met has strongly voiced their opinion to never get back surgery if at all possible. I went to a chiropractor near my work for my first opinion. The staff were a little on the rough side, it was impersonal, and it felt like a body farm.
