“The short, very dark-skinned cashier with wild hair (Janelle - in case there are others who share her name) was completely impolite and unprofessional. I frequent this location often, however, they recently changed their credit card machine and I was inserting my card incorrectly. Yes, it did take a few attempts and I finally asked Janelle to swipe my card for me because I clearly wasn't getting it. She rudely took my card and swiped it correctly (strip facing downward would have been the better way to word it instead of simply saying upside down) and acted as though she'd been asked to do the most demeaning task ever. This store is in a very nice location so it would be nice if ALL of the employees matched the values of this community. Janelle's rating is a -5, but since most of my interactions are pleasant at this location then I will not allow this one negative experience to influence my overall rating too much.”

“Lydia is literally the best doctor ive ever seen. I saw her new officr today in Cason and it's really nice. She will address any issues you have ( or refer you out if she can't). Shes so quick I've literally asked her if she got everything i asked for on my labs and somehow she remembered all the different things i asked for (and it can be a lot of things I ask for) . Shell order you any test you ask for wirhin reason and she'll actually listen to you, unlike many providers who think they know best. I've recommended all my local friends to her and the ones who went love her. You will too!”
