It was amazing- and TRULY- she was the best massage therapist I had ever experienced. Naturally, when I was 39 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby and desperately needed a prenatal massage, there was no one else I wanted to do that! Jessica came to my home and again set up and worked her magic. Imagine my excitement when I recently heard she’s opened her OWN SPA in Thompson’s Station!!!! For our 12th wedding anniversary this past July, my sweet hubby called my fave massage therapist, Jess, and we went in and experienced the most beautiful, relaxing spa ever! Of course! Jessica is so gifted in what she does- her touch is truly amazing- but also just her spirit. Beyond this, though, Master Hughes excels as a problem solver, on the mat as well as in instructing and even life coaching. “We love Compass and all of the providers here! We have seen all three of them, and they are all three some of the nicest providers I’ve met! They are amazing people, who love caring for children. We have four friends who go here (total of 7 kiddos), and all of us love this practice. I have never had to worry about being able to be seen when we need to, they always make a way. They are ALWAYS extremely prompt on answering the phones or calling you back when you leave a message for the nurse. I’m a first time mom and call them frequently, and they have never made me feel like I call too much. My son was pretty sick at three months, and they were on top of everything for us and helped him feel better very quickly. The office itself is so nice and it feels clean! I trust my baby with them 100% and will continue bringing our future children here.”

“Since I've never had a professional massage, I was uncertain what to expect when I booked a swedish massage. I booked for 30mins, and I went in with only 1 expectation, relief for the tension in my left upper back & left side of my neck. I received that! My therapist was Sarah. I appreciated that she took the time to read the form I filled out describing my pain, & to ask more pointed questions to get a full picture. That was a relief, because what has always held me back in pursuing massage, is a previous injury to my back. I was always afraid it could be exacerbated by someone who didn't take the time to learn about my injury. She started with light pressure, & allowed me to guide her to my comfort level for additional pressure. It was so peaceful. I hated to go back out to reality! I will definitely go back, but with a full hour next time.”
