“Long story short: invest in Chelsea, invest in yourself. As a full-time personal trainer, my body is part of my work. I had an old rotator cuff injury (hello cliff diving) that left my shoulder joints feeling unstable, wondering what movement might make it pop out while demoing in class or climbing with friends. “Was placed here after 4 month stay in Baptist Hospital. Needed medical care and physical therapy so I could get strong enough to walk. I found this facility to be medically about the same as a hospital nursing unit. I received excellent care from the nurses, nurse practitioners, and doctors who cared for me. The physical therapy dept was 5 stars and especially therapist Emily who got me back on my feet again. I can’t say enough good things about her and the treatment I received in the physical therapy dept. The only area I found lacking was the dietary operation. I had lost 85 pounds and was trying to put the weight back on but encountered difficulty in getting enough to eat , even when I went to the cafeteria in my wheelchair. Dietary staff were surly and acted like they were being put out by having to feed myself and the elderly residents. Other than that I found my month and a half of skilled nursing care to be totally acceptable.”

“I went to visit Dr. Dana Thompson a few times in the past and I honestly cannot complain. He is a caring doctor and always provides and goes over test results on the same day of your visit. I recently started going to Summit in Hermitage for a few procedures and, I have to say, I’ve never felt so abandoned by a doctor AND nurse. I got a CT done today and I requested my test results to be sent to Dana Thompson because I know I’m in good hands with him. The only issue is, I have to get my irresponsible, careless doctor to sign over my records. That’s going to take forever. I’m going to stick with Dr. Dana Thompson.”
