“Doctor Richie has been my doctor since I was ten years old. I couldn't ask for a better doctor and surgeon. He has always helped my ankles heal from growth plate fractures and I recently tore my meniscus and had surgery to fix it! He did absolutely amazing and explained everything that was going on very well and did not stop until he was able to fix it. The healing has been very quick! He is also an amazing teacher and explains everything in a way that makes you feel optimistic about what is going on. He is so amazing and I totally recommend going to him for any ortho problems.”

“I thought it had gotten better. New staff, super friendly. Then right back downhill. First off in the years I've been with them, they say they have never gotten a fax from my doctor authorizing a medication. I have even sent this myself to the number given and they say they don't get it. I get messages saying scripts are ready, they are not. Physician office states they called in a med, Walgreens says the did not get it. Come to find out, Walgreens did not check the voicemail where scripts are left. Have tried to call twice and am placed on hold for 14 min the first time and about 10min the second time (I watched the timer on my phone). While I was there, there was a gentleman about to lose his head over the same issues. And Walgreens staff cannot answer any questions as to why.”

It was probably one of the best decisions that I made to rejoin Crossfit after 3 long years. The members and trainers of the gym are some of the friendliest people I have met and want to see you achieve your fitness goals. A big thing for me was that the trainers are very focused on you lifting properly so that you don't injure yourself. “Kroger pharmacy at Port Royal has faced many challenges since the outbreak of Covid and remodeling of the store. I've felt really bad for them, seeing the long lines in the store, when the drive thru was closed and they were short staffed. They've always had a pleasant attitude. They went above and beyond when, due to supply chain issues, they weren't able to get one of my medications. They checked for me almost weekly to see if it was available. I'm always greeted with a smile even when the person before me had been very rude. Kudos to the pharmacy staff for great customer service through all of your many challenges! The only thing I don't like that has changed recently is that they no longer accept GoodRX coupons. I'm pretty sure that's a company wide decision; not just this location. I do wish they would start accepting GoodRx coupons again.”
