Always very respectful, they ask questions, they did wrap everything and asked if we wanted certain items wrapped that we hadn't wrapped. It took a bit longer to load but it was to our benefit. They even fixed a piece of antique furniture that came loose! Use these guys, especially Paul and Bill...…..they play great music while loading!
