“The fact that it’s staffed 24/7 is a huge plus compared to other 24/7 gyms that are not staffed past 5 p.m. All the equipment is in tip top shape. Staff is courteous and friendly and helpful. I hardly ever have to wait for my turn on any equipment because there’s plenty for everyone. It’s very clean and they keep the cleaning stations well stocked.”

“If you're on President's Island with an empty stomach or thirsty, this is the best place to go. (It even has ☆[overnight] parking for 18 wheelers.) It has a buffet lunch or order off the menu. The gyros and burgers are great. Also, a darn good bar. (Social distancing in seating in bar & restaurant. Smoking only allowed in bar area.) Closes early. But opens @ 5:30 am. It has outdoor seating, too, but this is Memphis, so expect to sweat alot (melt!) in the Summer.”

I had sweet and sour chicken and it was SO good. Arguably one of the best Chinese places I’ve eaten n the city, and I’m from Memphis. If you’re in the area, pay Ms.Julie a Visit. There is another lady and male that works extremely hard in the day time and are super friendly. One wears pretty colorful socks and the other male has short dreads I believe. Complex profile, but not overwhelming. noticable acidity, but very palatable . By the way, the also roast their own, and have a variety of tea options, as well. Worth stopping in! And they are newly opened as of July, so go show them some love!”
