“I started ordering from Schwans for my elderly mother during the first covid lock down 2 years ago. Meanwhile, my mother became addicted to the peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon rolls and little biscuits. I order for her once a month. The order is cold shipped and wrapped perfectly. One time, the cookies were hidden under a flap in the box, which she didn't discover until they melted in the garage. I called customer service and they replaced them for no charge. Another time, I left something off my order and had missed a sale. Customer service updated my cart and reimbursed me for the missed sale because I had internet issues. Their customer service is a master class in dealing with people. Every time I've called my experience is perfect. We did not anticipate continuing to buy from Schwan's but my mom looks forward to her monthly care package. Thank you for going the extra mile.”

You're getting a handmade quality cabinet made of solid plywood that fits together instead of having screws and cams bearing the weight. There is no particle board in these cabinets! If you're having trouble with the front office or the sales and installation team, it may be worth having a designer or contractor to set expectations and handle your design work. From the perspective of a dealer in Kansas City with my own installation team, I'm ordering and receiving a high quality cabinet consistently. Timeline is usually about 4 weeks which I consider to be very normal for this kind of product. I have another order arriving this week.”

He was quick to respond to my questions, communicating clearly so I would feel comfortable with my purchase. Our delivery and installation team did a good job navigating the removal of our inset tub and getting us set up. We did experience a problem following installation which led to a delay in our being able to enjoy our tub right away.
