“We own residential rental property, and have used these guys for 5 kitchen remodels. Sage is great at working through the design with us. They've been able to bid custom cabinets to fit odd locations, and the quality is far supperior to the 2 other cabinet companies in Nashville that we tried. Their paint holds up great to tenants, who aren't exactly known to be gently on things. My only complaint is Eric tries to schedule me too quick.”

They allowed me to enter their yard and inspect the vehicle to make sure it was in fact what I was looking for before I made the purchase. Bathroom was clean Coffee was pretty fresh But The other reviews are almost correct ( although I strongly disagree with the other reviewer’s use of the term “price gouging “ I suggest if possible you avoid buying Gas in Franklin or Nearby Brentwood as it usually runs between 40 and 50 cents more per gallon than in Nashville city or other cities nearby. In my opinion this facility is better than all other similar competitors in the area. Kerosene is available”
