As this was a new house under construction, I kept him in the loop as to the progress. When we were able to let him take measurements, he was on time and very efficient. He estimated a delivery date but actually brought them in over 2 weeks ahead of his original timeframe. Installation of 17 windows took slightly over 5 hours - how he did it that fast I'll never know. The shutters looks great, are of top quality and have added so much to our new home. Nathan Brampton and Great Looks are a tremendous company that you would do well to chose if you are considering plantation shutters in your home.”

Didn't think I would like, but seems to be convenient after all. Only 1.1 miles from home. Don't worry about small items getting lost in USPS. I also appreciate and feel a little more safer that every employee I saw, was wearing a mask! I really wish that some of the other customers were as considerate. I saw that around almost half of the customers were walking around with either no mask, or a mask pulled down and of no use. My only complaint is that I do wish Penney's would require all customers to wear a mask. I bought 2 rings for my Mom for an early Mother's Day gift and she really loved them both. My Penney's credit card has saved me a fortune over the years. Thank you Penney's for having great gifts at great prices!”

The reason for 4 starts is because lately this location runs short on lumber (even soft maple) and I have to order it from another supplier. If fact In March-April 2019, I’ve spent ~$3000 ordering walnut and 6/4 cherry from mid-tn lumber instead of buying it at Wurth Wood Group.”
