He was very careful to not damage anything during our installation, going as far as offering to remove his shoes. As some other posts have mentioned, there will likely be a few issues with quality or maybe mixups with items, that was our experience as well. The entire time, Madeline was great and very responsive. They replaced anything that we had issues with. If you are handy and looking to save a lot of money, they will work with you and I recommend them.”
