What struck me as strange is that the young lady serving the clients had to take the orders, collect the money, and make and serve every and each order. And on occasion even answered the phone. This was one hardworking young lady that smiled and giggled and was asked by every client: How come you are the only one here? She was polite, friendly and worked non-stop.
