I called and spoke to Austin, the store manager. Amazing young man! Professional, kind and most patient employee. I ended up having to call several times and he was always happy to hear from me. He offered to let me come in before the store even opened on Sunday morning as well as see if his stringer, Justin, was willing to come in early too. They both were so happy to accommodate and very knowledgeable in matching, as closely as possible, all the details of the string we usually purchase in a specialty shop. ( great bundle discounts ) Erie insurance only operates in a few states, and as such, they are able to manage their risk extremely well while providing great rates and great customer service through independent agents. The advantage of having an independent insurance agent like Sondra, is that they can shop your rates through a few different companies, and that is a good thing. Captive agents are the opposite of independent agents, whereas they only offer insurance from one company, and in a way that makes captive agents loyal to their ONE company and not their customers. Customer service has become part of a gone by era. Sondra is very professional, personable, and provides GREAT customer service!”
