I have been involved in 2 head-on collisions (2015 & 2017) and thankfully, by the grace of God, walked away from both. Dr Townsend sat down with me and completed a thorough interview and assessment to include x-rays. He reviewed my x-rays with me, in great detail and explained them in a way to easily digest and understand. He then conducted a treatment plan that he discussed with me & received my input and approval before moving forward. Luckily, I have never really experienced any pain. “My aunt has been here since the first week of Jan. The staff are nice and they all speak and greet me nicely. My aunt is comfortable and well taken care of. I appreciate that they dont do bed baths but have an actual shower, even for the bed ridden residents. The nurses and aides who Ive encountered all seem to enjoy their line of work and they speak kindly to my aunt when working with her. The therapist visit my aunt weekly and work with her on different activities- my aunt doesn't always want to- but they make sure that she at least tries to get some movement in. I appreciate them. This place is heaven in comparison to what we have had to deal with in the past. Thank you.”
