After interviewing several nannies, we decided to move forward with The Academy of Forrest Crossing, as our family needs consistency with care and it is the BEST decision we could have made. There is always a calmness and peace in the school and when you walk in, it always smells of freshly baked cookies and has such an inviting feel. The directors (Ms. Erica and Ms. Alex), Program Coordinator (Ms. Katherine) & staff are always so happy, friendly and calm; they truly have the children’s best interest in-mind! “I went in hoping to get a pair of jeans and two pairs of jean shorts taken in at the waist. The woman I spoke to at the counter was very professional, accurate in her measurements, and clear in her explaining on how the work would be done. (She expressed concerns about getting the matching thread color and how they would dye it to get as close as they could.) She said they could have all of it done within five days. I came in today to pick them up, a little nervous on how well they would fit, and they are all PERFECT. The thread color is so accurate that I would swear they used the same thread. Everything fits better than when I originally purchased them at a different size. On top of that, all of the alterations cost me less than what it would have to have purchased new pairs in a smaller size. I will 100% be going to them for future alterations. So so impressed.”
