“I rarely leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves 5 stars and then some. Came in to kill time honestly on a family vacation and wanted to show the kids the shrimp n crabs. And then we where greeted by the owner and staff. Such awesome people!! They made our night just talking to us and sharing fishing stories with the kids and giving us knowledge of the region & fish. Honestly I can't wait for our next trip to rockport so I can come back and say hi to everyone. My two young kids still talk about yall and wanna come back .they say yall are our friend in rockport now. Honestly in a world like ours today , its amazing knowing there's still good people out there. This will be where we get our bait from now on. And I urge everyone to please support this business. Such great people and they do alot for there community.. great people and over the top service . Come for the bait but come again to see your new friends. Thanks again guys for the memories. “We went to just get away and recover from hand surgery. So when we arrived Lesa made sure I didnt even have to get off my vehicle. They showed us our room. And room smelled great as we opened the door and saw how clean & fresh it looked & smelled. All beds had sheets, bedding & plenty of pillows. Bathroom was very clean and had plenty of towels. We had plenty of seating & beds. Although the room slept at least 5. Hubby and I went alone. But we are definitely already planning our next get away with my whole family. Thanks again to the staff who made sure to check on us throughout our 3 night stay. They were all very courteous and helpful if needed.”

“Jennifer Bradshaw was an amazing agent to work with! When we first decided to list our home here in Rockport we interviewed several agents from different companies. We decided to go with one who boasted that they had many investors with cash offers lined up for houses just like ours. The house sat on the market with very little interest. We took it off the market for a bit. When we decided to re-list I contacted Jennifer. Instead of being bitter that we didn't choose her the first time she took us on as if we were just meeting for the first time again, no hard feelings. She came over and met with us at the house and walked us through everything and helped us come up with a price that was competitive with the current market. She was very knowledgeable and professional but also made us very comfortable like talking to a good friend. We had a full price offer on our house before we even finished signing the contract with her!! Her listing, the photos, and the description were perfect. Her yard sign was perfect with a brochure stand included for people driving by! The brochures were completely gone within a few days and we had MANY offers on the table. Jennifer helped us to set a date and time to review all offers and helped us to pick the one that fit our expectations the best. Every SINGLE detail we were kept informed throughout the process. She was very patient as my husband was in another state working so almost EVERYTHING she told me, I asked her to call and explain it to him as well so we were on the same page and she was excellent about keeping us all in the loop! I also had A LOT of questions along the way and texted her quite a bit. Did I mention the word patient?? Jennifer met us at closing and even brought an unexpected gift for us with a very sweet and personal Thank you card. After we had closed she learned that we had not been able to find our cat to take with us and we had been out to the property many times looking for her. As soon as the other agent told her the cat had come back Jennifer rushed over to the property to try to get her for us. At this point we had closed, our contract was done. She was not at all obligated to go out of her way to do that, but she DID!! It's the little things that truly make her an excellent agent to work with!! Side note- She also sold my mom's property in Rockport in less than 24 hours!! If you're wondering if you should choose her as an agent I would say absolutely YES!! We would definitely use her again. Also, the office they work out of is BEAUTIFUL!”

“I spent a few days here in November 2021 for a "girls" getaway. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the property was too. Location was perfect for what we did; whooping crane bird tour and eating the freshest seafood at local spots. The pool and hot tub were lovely. Other guests were kind and respectful. I really wish every hotel stay was this simple and layed back. This is a gem within a gem of a town.”

“Could not ask for better customer service! Bought new A/C unit after purchasing a dud from a different (Explore USA Rockport) place. These guys said to drop off the unit with them & they would test it for us (what? The other place said they needed our whole rv with a/c connected to be able to test it & blah, blah, blah to think about getting us our money back) (see my Explore USA Rockport review for more info) Amazingly enough we (customer Jason Wyeth) were issued a refund not even 24 hrs later for the faulty unit we didn't even purchase there.
