(March 1, 2023, 12:07 pm)This is a gem in this small town . The food was amazing it's hard to find home cooking. I should know I'm a truck driver and I have been all over. The employee greets you with a smile and a great attitude. Very patient while I studied the menu and even gave me a sample so I knew if I wanted to order it. I did it was delicious. The beans actually had flavor , the carne guisada was soft, juicy, and had lots of flavor. The rice was cooked to perfection with again lots of flavor. The lettuce and tomato were crisp. The tortillas were fresh and homemade. The bean and cheese tacos had lots of filling. I am thoroughly impressed with tbis restaurant. They definitely IMPRESSED me. Thank you Very much I will be letting the other drivers on my route know the food is great.

(August 21, 2022, 12:56 pm)Was here in August 2022. My two breakfast tacos were outstanding. My wife's mexican plate was also very good. Service by Valeria was great. We will make this restaurant a regular stop when in Poteet.
