  Great service! My family hit something on I-10 that disabled our vehicle. We had to get police assistance to get safely to an exit. Once we exited there were 7 other vehicles that were disabled from hitting same object. The officer called these guys and they came out and helped us along with everybody else. They got us and our vehicle safely to a hotel for the night. The next day when our insurance dropped the ball and told us it would be two days before they could tow our vehicle back to Austin I called this company again. This time I was in tears and the owner sent someone immediately to our hotel. Our insurance ended up getting us that day, but I was thankful that Fernandez & Sons were willing to help us get out vehicle back to Austin.

  First off I want to say these guys got heart! Glad to know there are good ppl out there!!
  I was on my way to work from San Antonio to Houston, when a Sealy sheriff pulled me over. Long story short my vehicle was impounded for no insurance so I was left stranded at a truck stop. After 4 hours on the phone getting insurance, I can couldn’t find a ride to get my car from the impound, no uber or taxi service available. So I was on a 2.5 hour walk when Fernandez and Son to send me a driver to pick me up.
  Not too many ppl will offer that kindness to a complete stranger. I hope yalls experience is a good as mine

  Love these guys! Service is awesome ! Wouldn't trade them for 1 million dollars! Down to earth and doesn't over charge!????????????‍♀️

  When my car broke down in Wallis, my roadside assistance called Mark to pick up the car and take it to the dealership. Within 30 minutes of my initial call, Mark was onsite and helping us. He was very careful while loading it and transporting. He even texted pictures when he dropped it off (it was a Sunday evening) showing the exact location of the vehicle and the key. He was very courteous and professional.
  
  Having car trouble is stressful...Mark made it much easier and I appreciated that very much. I would not hesitate to use Mark again or recommend his services.

  Awesome service. Needed a tire changed and Mark jr. came out even a little earlier than time quoted. Very polite, knew what he was doing and I will always use FERNANDEZ &SONS when needed. Oh, and I was NOT charged for changing the tire or for road service!!! Definitely excellent service!
