Caliber Collision

Collision repair on rear fender, fascia and tail light along with upper quarter panel trim and wheel. Excellent job, little slow on the turnaround but got my car back like new again.

Caliber Collision repaired my vehicle from an accident. The repairs look as if my car was never wrecked. The work, along with the staff, is outstanding.

Great service and solid work. The repair did take longer than expected, though that was no fault of Caliber. There were a handful of communication issues, but after acknowledging them the General Manager personally took time out of her day to handle everything that needed to be addressed. With anything in the automotive business there are issues that arise that are out of your control, or at least that's what I have noticed from my 6 years in the industry. Not only did they handle the unexpected issues, they were flexible with me and made sure I was satisfied in a way that worked for me. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
