(June 7, 2022, 1:07 am)BEST BREAKFAST TACOS EVER!!! I don’t live in Elgin anymore, but anytime I come into town, we have to make a stop here. This family-run taco shop is a true gem. Handmade tortillas and delicious salsas put their tacos over the top! Try the Texas Tech Taco if you’re a carnivore- you won’t be disappointed!
