  Blessing in the skies. We live in an area notorious for hard water but when we purchased our new home A water softener was far from my mind. When you’re purchasing a new home sometimes and just the simplest of things can cost you thousands of dollars over the years. Although I do think it was a little sneaky way of getting need to call the phone number I was very thankful at the end. Our house is a brand new built we’ve been living here for about two months now. Long story short had Fidelis and there people not come out here we would’ve had way more problems a few years down the road. There was terrible plumbing issues that were discovered when installing the softener. And the plumbers had no fault this was something that had occurred when the house was being built but because everything is behind walls we can’t see. Fortunately it was discovered and the homebuilder had to come back and fix it. We just keep thinking about how most new homes only have one year warranty and had this happen a few years down the road it would’ve been something that we paid out of pocket ourselves. On top of all of that I have never felt my skin so soft after I shower. I am starting to notice that there is no more rings around the toilet. I’m thankful that I no longer have to buy bottled water. And I’m also glad that we came across such a good sales rep, such good plumbers who’s ultimate goal was to make sure that we were extremely satisfied happy and safe. definitely recommend for people to consider a water softener from Fidelis. Especially if you live in north eastern Travis County.

  Thank you for the fantastic service. Our Water Treatment Specialist “Kathryn Kilborn” was extremely informative, organized, and professional. Her presentation and demonstrations made the investment choice easy. Most other vendors we’ve worked with, typically disappear after you sign the contract, but Katie as conducted follow up calls and made an appointment to come back and check the installation. It’s only been a day, and we can already tell the difference in the quality of our air and water.

  My experience with Fidelis Plumbing has been great! We just purchased the water softener system and air purifier system and are very happy with both. Katy is our point of contact and she has truly been amazing! She came to our home and showed us our current water quality, and what it would be with the purification system. It is clear that she cares about her customers and wants to do right by them. She has provided excellent customer service for us and has been involved in every step of the installation process to ensure that everything goes smoothly! We will definitely be recommending her services to our friends and family.

  Jonathan Munoz was AWESOME!! He was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable (which is SO important when you have someone in your home)my husband and I really enjoyed his demonstration. even my 6 and 13 year old sat, watched, and LEARNED a lot about out water and aquifer... yikes! Very eye opening. Not only did Jonathan share the facts about our water, I really appreciated how he stressed the health benefits of having clean water for our family. Although we were quickly sold on the product alone, we could not have asked for a better representative. We were also pleasantly surprised at how quick we were able to get an appointment for installation...2 days!!! the equipment is nice, the price is fair, AND we couldn't believe it when we were told we would also receive 5 years of everyday all natural/safe necessities such as shampoo, detergent, dish soap, body wash, and cleaning supplies for the house.what an amazing bonus! We cannot wait to have our water softener delivered (the kids are so excited as well!) We will definitely refer Jonathan and aquapro to friends and family and we look forward to having him as our rep. Thank you Jonathan!!
