Just got off the phone (7:15 pm) with the owner (Don) who graciously fit me in their schedule for tomorrow after I discussed issues of being bit by things in my house when my roommates weren't and the fear that we had termites. He was so professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He even said if I could send him a picture of what I thought were termites to him he could let me know right away. I sent him a text with pictures and thankfully they are desert termites and he said they feed on grass type weeds and don't eat dead wood. Dustin will spray the area tomorrow. What a relief! I will be using Mister-B's quarterly service because of the experience I just had, the personal referral of a friend, the reviews posted and also because his prices are as good as three other and lower that two other companies I contacted.
