Dental Plus Clinic (Converse Office)

  I took my adult son who is challenged to Dental Plus clinic this morning. This clinic was selected by United Health Care, the insurance provided by Medicaid.I found Marlin in the front office, to be one of the best I have had the pleasure to work with in the 32 years I have administrated my sons affairs. Marlin is a professional in her job, who explained everything to my son so he understood because he had to sign his own paperwork. And Marlin was social to me while my son was in the chair.
  My son talked with me after the visit and said the following “paraphrased”. The dentist was nice to me. When asked if he felt comfortable and trusted the dentist he said yes. Same with the dental assistant.
  
  All in all the experience was great for me (father), and more importantly my son felt comfortable and was able to trust the dentist and assistant on the first occasion. Which was a urgent care situation.

  So I came here to get a cleaning and wanted to start the process of an implant and my experience has been great. I'm on my second phase of implant procedure and the dentist and the staff have been exceptional. Highly recommend for and dental procedure

  Front desk associates were polite and courteous; and check in was fast...was only minutes before we were called back for our exams. The facility is clean and refreshments were available for those in the waiting area. I recommend this dental clinic.

  Excellent experience from the time the receptionist (Marlin) welcome me and answered my concerns and made me feel relaxed. Dr. Patel and his assistant Kayla are superb! Feel great thanks to them!

  The staff was very good and friendly. The front desk lady help me a lot for finding my insurance coverage. Dr. PATEL is very cool and examined very well. He also explains my concern in details and didn’t push for any extra services.
