Five Star Awesome Service and care. Upon my first visit at United Rehab, everyone was professional. Explain the procedures as they went along, so that I understood the benefit of what exercise I was doing. I was asked how I felt and if I needed a break. I was rushed. Excellent service. I have a long history of back and knee problems and my pain management doctor recommended United Rehab to supplement his therapy. I have been tremendously pleased with my progress after only 6 sessions. Dr Ladi and his entire staff are extremely knowledgeable, proficient and always create a friendly warm atmosphere for training.. I actually look forward to my sessions. Dr Ladi has already eliminated what has been an extremely painful and persistent condition in my left hip, my gait is much better and my overall mobility has improved.

The staff is very caring and professional. I am always greeted warmly, offered water on arrival and after treatment there is cookies or pastries. I never have to wait for treatment to start. Dr. Ladi has excellent massage skills and has taught me simple exercises to strengthen my muscles. Dr. Ladi works closely with my Pain Management Doctor and his team. Victoria, PT Assistant, is friendly and caring, always makes sure I am comfortable. Christy Garcia, the Office Manager, asked how I am feeling and how treatment is going.
