“Check in was easy (I reserved online). Room was clean. They allowed us to travel with our very large bull dog without any fuss or issues. We didn't get to enjoy but they said the pool was open from 10a-10p. There was a McDonald's and Wendy's close by as well as a gas station. The room was about 20 minutes from downtown and was easy to get downtown. Would stay again.”

Starting with the cashier who was friendly and very nice, definitely the type of person you want to see when you're about to embark on a long trip. What really blew me away, was when I very foolishly forgot to grab my receipt at the pump. I called and George took care of me. He was friendly, patient, and very resourceful as he helped me find my receipt and went above and beyond by sending it my way. People like that are few and far between. George, you made my night. “Oh my God, this place is awesome! Forget Freightliner. We were in and out the same day! We broke down in the evening, after hours. They let us come in any way, to do a quick look see. The two fellows who were at the shop at night were very knowledgeable and said they could work on it first thing in the morning. They knew right what needed to be done and were incredibly concerned about our time frame. Wow, what a great place. We will never use the big dealer shops again when we need service in the San Antonio area.”
