Natasha is so positive & motivating, it just makes it so worth it going there. It's so much more than a gym. Natasha is there for you even after you leave the session. She helps you with your food, water & gets you through your workout sessions, even when you think you can !! Recommend this to anyone who wants a more one on one session.
