  Awesome place!! The owners, Rick and Angela are great people with a great gym concept. My wife and I have been members from the get go. Coaches are awesome!! The “treat you like family” culture goes from the top down. There’s a place for everyone from those wanting to compete to those wanting to keep moving and stay fit or those just starting to get in shape. It works for all types!!

  I have only good things to say about this place. Have been a member for several years. Love my CrossFit family! The owners, Rick and Angela are the nicest people and work hard to make it a place that members look forward to coming to. The coaches are all top notch and know their stuff. They work hard to make workouts adaptable for everyone.

  What a wonderful place. My wife and I joined to get in shape and have been able to do that for sure. What we didn’t anticipate is becoming part of a community filled with wonderful people, many of which have become friends we’ll have for the rest of our lives. I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars!

  Do you want the whole package? The fitness and the community, all in one? Then you need look no further then Helotes CrossFit. The coaching staff and owners are the best at providing expert training as well as the perfect environment in which to grow as an athlete and person. It’s the best investment my husband and I ever made!

  The camaraderie makes for a super fun environment to work out. The trainers are very attentive to their clients body mechanics and making sure they're using proper form, which tends to be overlooked at other places. Definitely recommend it
