  I started my CrossFit journey last July and am so glad I found this box. After having a bad experience at another box, I wasn’t particularly motivated but I knew I wanted to change up my gym routine and after my first drop in, I knew this place was unlike any of the others.
  
  First I’ll tell you about the amenities- indoor and outdoor showers available, men and women’s locker room, free weights, weight machines, rowers, stationary bikes, plenty of class times available plus weekend classes, kidsfit program, gated child play area, nutrition counseling available, outdoor track, room with turf flooring, yoga studio access, climbing ropes, peg board, water fountains, healthy snack/drink machine, affordable membership pricing, and merch room.
  
  Now I’ll tell you why I stay - the atmosphere. Everything from the people to the music to the AMAZING coaches makes you feel like you’re with family. Being overweight, I’ve never in my time here have felt judged or treated differently. The extremely knowledgeable and well trained coaches prioritize safety over performance and every single movement can be scaled to your ability. If one person is still working, they don’t finish alone.
  
  I have only continued to flourish, grow stronger, and improve during my time here. This box represents to me a family that will never give up or let me down, and I couldn’t love them more for it ❤️

  Family oriented box!
  
  This is my 2nd box in San Antonio and has become my new CrossFit home. The trainers and members are all great. I felt welcomed my first time and continue to feel welcomed every time I enter the box.
  
  This box has people of all fitness levels and the trainers do a good job of understanding how to push each member to reach new heights. They even train people with disabilities which made me appreciate this place even more.
  
  Aside from the training they have an area for your kids to play and watch you kick butt on the WODs. And if they are interested they have KidsFit. When I have kids of my own I'm bringing them to CrossFit Born Ready.
  
  I don't see myself going anywhere for a longtime. If you want to try CrossFit or want to find a new box. I'd say give this place a shot.

  I took a trip to visit friends and family in Texas and wound up extending my family tree a bit further. The staff and patrons at CFBR very warmly opened their doors to me during my 3 week stay in San Antonio. The professionalism of the staff is by far the best I've witnessed. They watched me goof a few techniques and re-taught me on the spot! This hands on experience helped me regain confidence and continue with the WOD successfully. I will truley recommend this establishment to all ages and levels of functional fitness people who stop in SA. Cheers!

  This box is amazing! They provide many amenities and the classes are well organized. This box has helped me to be a better athlete, I have made so much progress. They have many classes and are open 7 days a week! I truly call these people my family, they would drop anything to help. Come workout with us!

  This is one of the best facilities that I've dropped into right up there with CrossFit Roots in Boulder. They were also nice enough to let me drop in for open gym time so I could do my White Mountain CrossFit metcon. Knowledgeable staff when I had questions about loading for my workout and right there when I was trying to find bands, clamps and other equipment. I'll be back here 100% if I come back to San Antonio
