Live Oak's Main City Park

  Great park! Really pretty. Options to run on smooth concrete paths only or venturing out on grass, sand/gravel, uneven concrete/asphalt, bridges etc. has some athletic fields with a few stairs, a baseball field, a skate park, kids play area, frisbee golf fields, pavilions for parties. Has some fishing spots and plenty of ducks and geese around to feed, hills to get an overlook view of the river running through the park or bridges and lookouts to get up close and personal. Highly recommended for families, teens and adults, runners, walkers, fishermen/women. If there’s a dog park I did not see one but they did have one water fountain for humans and dogs which was really nice. I always bring water with me for the pup but having one to access before you’re done is a bonus.

  This was an absolutely beautiful. A kid friendly and at pet friendly. They have baseball field, soccer field, football field, a skating small ramps, a beautiful gazebo on a little small island that you have to cross on a bridge. And a beautiful lake

  The playground at this park was great. It was one of the first playgrounds that offered adequate shade. After 12 I'm sure the shade is all gone, but in the morning it's perfect. My son actually got to swing without being fried by the sun!

  This is a perfect place to go for any occasion! The parks and unique and offer something for kids of all ages. Our kids loved it and can't wait to go back. There is plenty of seating for parents to watch your kiddos and there are picnic areas for lunch or parties. A must see if you are in the area.
