  I originally posted a negative review which at the time was on point. However, I am editing the review to say that the new property manager has changed things for the better. Before, we would go weeks without a response for any maintenance issues with the apartment. Even major ones. But that is no longer the case. Issues are handled in a timely manner. The new property manager has gone above and beyond to make sure my family is comfortable here.

  Before i moved in to these apartments i was a little worried based on some of the reviews. BUT LET ME TELL YOU MY EXPERIENCE HERE....
  
  Moved into Arbor hill recently and my experience with the property/staff has been amazing. I have nothing negative to say. I met Myranda in the parking lot and she greeted me with the biggest smiled and made it clear to me that she'd make my stay at Arbor hill the perfect place for me. Myranda's personality is the definition of REAL customer service!
  I also want to thank Imelda for helping me move into my apartment and making things easy for me. She made sure things were ready to go when i arrived for move in. I appreciate the staff here at arbor hill and the customer service i received. I will definitely be referring people here.

  New changes to management have really improved the community. Maintenance generally responds to work orders the same day. Most of the people in my building have lived here for 2 or more years. It’s a great location and my experience has been very positive.

  Just moved into a 2 bedroom apartment and i absolutely love it. Myranda was very helpful in making sure i picked out the best apartment for me and my kids. I've never met someone who has gone above and beyond for me and my kids like she did. We love it here at arbor hill and you can see there's definitely been some amazing changes here. I have 0 complaints, work orders are completed less than 24 hours and the maintenance is very helpful.
