  The staff went way above and beyond what I expected. The staff including Dr. Crawford and Omar made me feel so much better as I was very sick. They truly care for their patients and I would recommend to anyone needing urgent care. A very calming environment that is conducive when a patient is scared and ill.

  Complete Care ER and Urgent Care is a top notch facility. I just moved to San Antonio and have chronic autoimmune health issues. I was having a flare up and needed immediate care. Marlena, the front desk clerk, was friendly and concerned. She did everything she could to get me care & in the back as soon as possible. My nurse, Augustina, was phenomenal & s great advocate. She was professional & nurturing. She made sure both my daughter & I were comfortable. Joel, the X-ray tech was great. He was very cautious & kind with me. Dr. Hilliard was great. The most important thing he did was to listen to me & my needs. He was very professional and had a good bedside manner.

  From the moment we walked in we were treated with concern and care. The receptionist helped me through all the documents and even helped us save some money. It was the middle of the morning and our nurse and doctor all were outstanding. They immediately started asking questions, taking lab work and just responding in a professional and caring manner. Wish I could find a doctor and staff in the area we could go to with such an amazing staff. I truly appreciate each of them and will always choose them for any emergency. Blessings to all!

  Under the category of "what can go wrong on the busiest day of the year" is severing an artery in my hand with a paring knife, as we were preparing Thanksgiving dinner. Blood EVERYWHERE. So I went to Fossil Creek and they were wonderful, kind, attentive, professional, informative and had me in and out in about an hour! Wonderful people! Wonderful place....thank a god!

  This ER facility was amazing. I needed quick care and found on google that it was only 5 min from my house and I’m so glad I did. I came in around 5:30 am and was seen by the nurses and doctor as soon as I finished my paperwork. They have beds and TVs which really makes the stay quite comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they were calm and knowledgeable. I also really liked that they are in-network for all private ins plans. They changed shifts during my visit and the next round of nurses and doctors were equally as great. I highly recommend using this facility for urgent care.
