(January 23, 2021, 11:57 am)Very polite I had to renew my plan during the coronavirus situation. I sent all my paperwork by mail. The lady that called submitted everything on the same day. There where a few struggles at the begginig but they where solved due that I had everything submitted on time. Plan accordingly and on time I promise you will get helped and process with no isues if you have all your paperwork ready. Been a Patient for 3+ years.
