  I would highly recommend this company. Jimmy was extremely kind and understanding of the situation. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly in terms we could understand. Linda was very professional and prompt with emails and helpful with filing the paperwork. We called after working hours and they were there within the hour and worked late into the night. They were there exactly when they said they would be everyday. They answered any questions we had and every phone call we made to them. But more importantly Jimmy was respectful, kind and considerate of our situation. Thank you to Jimmy and Linda and the entire Biotechs staff!

  Thank you Biotechs for the compassion you showed my family. You did the job that I could never have done myself. At the most tragic moment of my life you and your team responded quickly and treated my family with dignity and respect. Even after your job was finished you responded to our emails and answered our questions. I can't thank you enough for everything you did. If ever someone is in need of this service you're the only one I'd recommend.

  I utilized BioTech for the clean up of the extremely tragic suicide of a loved one. When you enter a home to find your loved one has taken their own life, you are so overwhelmed with grief that your mind doesn't even go to what happens next. Audrey was so kind and comforting, and her team was professional and did an amazing job. She really is an angel, and I still think of her even 3 years later. If you're faced with an unortunate situation that requires a biohazard cleanup, I can't recommend this company enough.

  Very pleased with the level of discretion and professionalism provided by BioTechs. Dora and Audrey were polite and honest and made the entire process stress free and simple. I would most certainly recommend them to anyone in need.

  My family had a terrible loss, when my brother-in-law took his life in the back garage of my sister’s house. I remember receiving the call to come over, all I knew was I had to do everything I could to stay calm and handle the situation. I was one of the first to arrive and I couldn't believe the scene, it was unbearable and I all thought about was I need to protect my sister and my niece from seeing the area. Right away I remembered learning about BioTechs from a friend who was like family. I immediately called her and said I needed someone out there as soon as possible. Next thing I knew Audrey with BioTechs was there and she was so compassionate, all she was worried about was keeping my family safe and not anywhere near the scene. I was appreciative that she briefly explained what needed to be done, so that my family knew how long it might take, and before I knew it, the technicians were on the scene. It wasn't an easy job, my family wanted to preserve everything in the garage, and since this incident involved a shotgun, which was no easy task. I was concerned about my neighbors, so I was glad to see that BioTechs showed up in unmarked vans, which allowed our situation to be private and discreet.
  It has taken our family awhile to recover from this loss, but now that we are doing our best to move on in our journey, I wanted to give Audrey and her team, the credit they deserve for taking care of my family. Thank you BioTechs, I had no idea how something like this gets taken care of, with any trace of the horrible incident left behind, but your team did just that, and my family and I will be forever grateful.
