  Beautiful community! Smells amazing, very clean, well decorated. The staff is very friendly and genuinely seem happy to be at work. Would defiantly recommended

  Place is amazing. Spoke to a young lady by the name of D'Evereux who was an absolute doll! Instantly fell in love with the place. Will be putting all our family members here.

  The facility is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is amazing! They work very hard to take care of the residents. I can't imagine the energy and patience they have. The executive director, Casey, is very compassionate. He makes sure everyone is well taken care of. He himself would go around and check up on residents. He is also easy to talk to and always available to listen to concerns of residents, families and employees. All the managers and coordinators are very hands-on and work as a team. They all inspire me to strive and do my job really well. I enjoy working here. Other than the free meals and snacks, there are a lot of nice residents and families here.

  My wife and I visited the Heartis in December in order to find a senior community that both my parents could live in. Although my father was residing in a memory care facility prior to moving to Heartis, Casey was very accommodating to our family in order to keep my parents in the Assisted Living side of the community. He assured us that each of them would receive the level of care that they individually would need. He and his staff went above and beyond in order to keep this promise. My parents, my wife, and I were impressed with how clean the facility was, the dining options that were available, the activities that were offered each day, and most importantly the level of care they received. Unfortunately, we lost my dad at the end of March and my mom on June 23rd. Casey, Deann and all their staff have gone above and beyond to to assist us with everything from moving them in, caring for them, and assisting us in or saddest days. We will be forever grateful for everything they have done for us.

  My father & I toured the community a few weeks ago and were amazed at how beautiful it was. We’ve been looking for months for the perfect place to place my mom, and I believe we’ve found it in Heartis. Casey, the Administrator was so compassionate and took time to truly listen to all our concerns. His knowledge of this whole process eased our minds so much. Heather, the nurse was also very knowledgeable when it came to questions we had pertaining to my mom’s care. I know my mom will be in good Hands under her supervision. Their Activities calendars for both Assisted Living and Memory Care are jam packed with fun things for the patients to do. We can’t wait to move mom in soon and see how she’ll thrive.
