  As soon as my mother and i walked into the store we was immediately greeted with beautiful customer service . Our intentions was to shop around and compare prices. Ms Cheryl had great customer service where she helped me look for the items i needed and not try to push me to buy items i could not afford. Instead of me just looking and comparing prices. I was able to walk away with everything i wanted and needed. If you ever go to the Mega Funiture near North Mall ask for Cheryl.

  I had great service at the beginning, but they never delivered furniture when it was supposed to. Mega furniture gave me several different dates on delivery. I called the store to cancel and I also called the finance company (WEST CREEK) to cancel, this was a few weeks ago. WEST CREEK still pulled the payment out of my account this past Friday. I had to call my bank to stop payment and I also call the finance company. Overall service sucks.

  We walked right in and was greeted at the door. The sales man was very helpful and attentive but still gave us room to look. The manager came up and introduced us and made sure we were happy. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture. We have two happy little girls with new bedroom suites.

  Outstanding service! Jay patiently explained the various features and differences to my elderly parents as they shopped for living room furniture. He cleared a path for the wheelchair and assisted them as they tried out various recliners, chairs, and sofas. He helped them to find the perfect power-reclining sofa once he understood that what they wanted wasn't what they said they wanted. And he got us a great deal on the price, too!

  Excellent service and deal! Karen was amazing! She had the patience to keep showing us their inventory (in store and catalog) until we found what we needed. She gave us options and showed us the best deals they had for Memorial Day. Then, her manager came and gave us a great deal, so we were able to buy everything we needed. Thank you, Mega Furniture! You guys are awesome! We will be back!
