  I initially went in for neck pain and was skeptical of results. I’d been to a massage therapist and a chiropractor, but Dr. Jesse encouraged me to come in and first session we did dry needling. Again, I was skeptical, BUT the next day I regained full mobility in my neck. Fast forward a week or two, I tweaked my back… Again, dry needling saved the day.
  
  And just yesterday, I’d been experiencing immense ankle pain after running. I messaged Dr. Jesse around 7:45am, I had a response within less than an hour. He even called me around 8am to diagnose the issue and prescribed me exercises that had me on the mend in no time. And the office even offered an appointment that day, should my ankle pain have persisted.
  
  I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Well worth the investment. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or someone like me, who just exercises every now and again to check off whatever health box… this place needs to be on your speed dial!

  Cannot say enough good things about this place. I went in with a knee injury and they immediately knew what the issue was and how to treat it. They are not like your normal PT business where you only spend a small amount of time with the actual doctor, here they spend and work with you for the full hour. I've been going for over a month now and feel great. I would recommend them a million times!

  Edwin, Jesse and the team have been amazing in helping me stay limber and working on my tight lower back and hamstrings from not stretching enough after cycling. The whole team is very knowledgeable and will always give progression exercises or modifications if there are limitations. Would highly recommend Positive Action Rehab to anyone recovering from injury or just looking for improved performance and increased range of motion. Can’t thank this team enough!!!!

  I went to Edwin due to a bad shoulder problem that occurred after a terrible deep tissue massage. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and began treatment immediately. He was attentive, provided in depth explanation to my questions, and offered alternative solutions when I stated an exercise didn’t feel as if it was as effective. After a few months my shoulder is now healed and better than ever! I can see why everyone told me to “go see Edwin”!

  Jesse (and the whole Positive Action team!) are fabulous. I have had a multitude of chronic, nagging injuries and pain over the last several years. I came to Jesse specifically with hip and shoulder pain, and he developed a rehab plan for me that worked wonders. Over the time that I’ve worked with them (almost 2 years!), I’ve developed other aches/pains/injuries and Jesse has worked through all of them. Most importantly, he has educated me on what exercises and movements I can do on my own to help treat and alleviate pain. They regularly work with athletes of all abilities to help you stay moving! Would highly recommend Positive Action rehab to anyone.
