(October 3, 2018, 11:01 am)Gave demensions and guessed weight for bid to three carriers. R&l got back to me in 24 hours with quote, 150 less than other two companies. Built crate on pallet, packed and delivered to Buda. Weight was half of predicted weight made no change in shipping rate. Would not insure it because they didn't crate it. Crate arrived at home owners address with contents unblemished in four days. Over all happy with service.

(May 26, 2018, 7:11 am)Received a package from them. Had to schedule a day for delivery. Wanted it sooner, so asked if I could just pick it up? They contacted shipper and got approval within 10 minutes! I was able to pick my pool up before Memorial Day!
