I see many bad reviews here and I really think it all depends on who you get. The lady that assisted me today (I think her name is Tina she has long blonde hair) was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. She gave me detail instructions of what I needed and walked me through the process.

Despite other reviews I have seen on here, the person who helped me out was very friendly and great at explaining everything needed. They helped transfer my title quick and painless. I for sure will be coming back here whenever I need to renew registration or ever buy a new vehicle.
I got my registration late seeing as i had recently moved. Initially i tried getting it from HEB but they could only give stickers after the due month for up to 5 business days (its already the end of this month and my registration expired last month)... so they referred me here. I read the reviews so i was kind of skeptical but Tina made it a breeze to get through. Very courteous, very polite and kind. Nice woman! She helped me out and got me out of there quickly. Good work ladies!
