(September 27, 2019, 11:51 am)Terra and Paula were amazing. Terra listened to my issues and asked questions about pains/mobility that I wouldn't have considered. She was thoughtful and thorough and even pulled out models/charts to explain to me what she meant by certain discs/nerves. I am someone that loves to do my own research and figure it out for myself, but Terra really expedited my recovery. We began treatment on the first appointment. She walked me through our plan of action, did a soft tissue "massage" (it can be momentarily uncomfortable but the relief is felt almost immediately after) and then Paula would guide me through my rehab exercises. I left my very first appointment feeling like a new human. She understood my love for activity and did not limit me to just ice and rest. She encouraged that I keep moving, do my rehab exercises, and lookout for/avoid certain pains not worth pushing past. She checked in with a text after the first day. Anytime I had a question or concern I shot her an email and the reply was always same day. I've learned my lesson on trying to figure it out for myself, if anything comes up in the future I'll go to her first. Highly recommend.
