No people skills, but in the 2 years I have been going, only once have my buttons been broken and for me that's a big deal considering I usually dry clean or launder at least 40 button shirts each time I go. Again, don't expect any personality or friendliness but they will do a good job. p.s...I have run into the little notes as well, again and the other review is correct. You never know when they will be back?
