  Great store, I can always find a great deal, selection is fantastic, location is perfect, sales are really great. People are mostley helpful, some not so much. But most are great.

  Customer service was excellent. Even though the line's were long. It moved really quick.

  Customer service at this location is much better than others I've visited. Attentive staff that understands going a little further makes a difference. Went to purchase a new smoker and was greeted at door with a welcome. Was approached in the outdoor cooking section and was informed of stock levels and options for pickup and delivery. Decided to purchase. Was shown all stick on hand and asked to choose the one I preferred. Checkout was simple and staff was pleasant. I have not had great experiences at other locations, but I'll check this one out in the future if I need to go to Academy.

  I visit store #125 on 1604 and military the people was awesome! Beautiful, kind caring people. The customer service was excellent!
  A guy name Richie ana a sweet lady there let me know about some sales they where having and where very helpful and nice by taking their time to take me around the store to find the sales thank you guys for blessings me with those amazing sales! God bless you guys and may God continues to bless your store amen!????
