  We had a great experience at this store. The salesman Paul was excellent. He was knowledgeable, attentive and patient with us and really helped us find the right mattress for us (which was not as expensive as the one we came in to look at). I would definitely recommend buying your next mattress here.

  Shannon was awesome and full of energy. I had some questions about what the best possible bed could be for my boyfriend and I, he likes 0 firmness, I'm opposite, and she found it! While laying on beds she was very distant and not pushy, definitely the best and non-awkward experience I've had while shopping for beds. Her energy and positive attitude was very refreshing.

  I knew what I wanted, and the sales people were beyond polite and didn't try to oversell the products like so many other stores do. They were knowledgeable about every question I had and were patient as I tried out the products multiple times just to make sure I was set on my purchase. Checking out was a breeze!

  Nick was great, very helpful and not at all pushy. Ulti Mattress was the first store we visited, shopped almost every other store in town and came back here to purchase. Best prices and best service

  All I can say is WOW! What great customer service we received from Shannon at this location. She was gracious and knowledgeable about their large array of products. On top of that, she gave us a great deal and fast delivery. Thank you Shannon!
