(January 20, 2020, 9:21 pm)My sweet Layla passed away two weeks ago. It was a Sunday late afternoon. Around 430’ish my husband asked what I wanted to do... IDK, just let me sob and hold my girl. Anyways, he called Banfield asked if they would wait for us as they closed at 500. After piling 3kids, dog and myself (balling mess) in the car and getting there is was well after 520. The staff was amazing! They waited for us to arrive after closing and they were caring compassionate professionals! They gave us as mush time as we needed to say our final good byes and provided solace and comfort beyond measure.
I will always always be thankful for them being there with open arms. As a health care professional myself and dealing with death I can honestly say.... wonderful staff in a horrible situation!
Thank you for your care and compassion to my family when we were going through a devastating moment in our lives.
