Smile Direct Club

Today was the first day and check in went amazing. They provide you with as much information as you need and plus more. Looking forward to how they handle everything in the future. Getting people in the door is easy it is how you teach them after you get their money it how you define a great customer experience. I have no doubt that they are and will be willing to help me with anything that I need during this process. Thank you, again for helping me start my process to a better smile.

The Smiles Direct bus #5 was in my area so i booked an appointment which was very easy. At my appointment i got in quickly and everything was explained to me very professionally by Shelby. Shelby made me feel very comfortably by regular conversations and the 3D scan was so much easier then the regular paste by dentist/orthodontist offices. They triple check their work and excited to get my aligners within next few weeks. Onto a brighter straighter smile!

They took great care of me and were very friendly and professional. I was nervous going in but within 30 seconds, I felt comfortable to ask any questions. This is located within Monarch Dental so if you want a dental exam/cleaning, it’s a really convenient thing to do. Paola was awesome and I was in and out in 20 minutes, excited for the next step :)

Loved the easygoing, yet professionalism of this location. Wonderful customer service by Danielle, she was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The girls that assisted me were very friendly and provided great customer service along with professionalism. They made me feel comfortable during my visit. It was a pleasant experience. I was in and out in no time. Paula was great during the exam. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
