(January 13, 2019, 9:31 am)Okay in regards to the optical yes customer service was mediocre at best. They're a little rough around the edges but be forward and direct. Regarding the Optometrist next door, it is important to know they are NOT affiliated. That said, I had my Insurance contact both facilities in advance to confirm coverage. This message didn't make it to the Optometrist which was frustrating. The FIVE STARS are specifically for Dr. Judith A Driscoll. She is a filling Optometrist at this location and was absolutely AMAZING! I have never had such a thorough exam. She was friendly, patient, and full of information. It was such a positive experience I wouldn't be opposed to getting my eyes checked 4 times a year by her. She also served so kudos! I cannot recommend her enough. If you're planning on an eye exam ask for her by name! You'll thank me.

(210) 481-2863. This was very close to being a 5 star review. Don't believe them on the 8-10 day delivery. Terrible staff. I made an appointment on their website, but came to the Target optical office only to found out the appointment was not scheduled properly and got declined my visit.
