I filled out one of the online forms at realtor.com without realizing my information would be sent to a whole bunch of people. I immediately got tons of phone calls... Jennifer was the only one who felt honest and seemed like she truly cared about our situation and what we needed. Her whole family is in the business and you can tell that her first priority is finding you the best house for what you need. Even better, they are retired military!

Jennifer was a great help during our buying process. Our situation was somewhat complicated with my husband being unavailable, I was pregnant, and in the middle of a pandemic. She was always available via text or phone call, regularly updated me on the progress of our house, and worked hard to make the process go as smoothly as possible. We had a pre-approval before contacting her, but with her advice, we ended up with a better loan, a much lower APR, and were able to afford a new build. We even got closing costs covered.

Not only did she help us find a home, she has our future in mind, too! We discussed re-sell values when we decide to move on to a larger home. As a first time buyer, it was so comforting to have the insight into our future and we will definitely be using Jennifer for the next go around!

She also does property management and I trust her to take care of my property when/if we move.
