Jennifer Reyes is an awesome counselor the first one in the center that can help with my son !
Yes, it is hard to get a hold of them at first. And yes, the first intake visit is long. But I don’t think people realize how difficult it is to diagnose mental health issues, especially with young children. I also don’t think people realize how few people there are even working in the field of children’s mental health. The staff who work here care a lot and work hard to achieve positive outcomes for families who have children struggling with mental health. This center has really gone out of their way to work with us to find the help we need for our child.
My daughter uses this provider. Yes, it can be busy and you might have to call back if you dont get a call back, but they also take care of thousands of kids a month.
Intake appt takes awhile, but then you have ongoimg care for your child which is why you were there. The staff are nive and once you learn the routine, it gets smoother.
They are friendly and always helpful. They have been helping my son a whole lot.
